Web Based App

Majority of your patients and providers will have access to the internet, or may know somebody who does.  This should cover 80% of the population who wants to report safely to the network without any barriers to access the reporting tool.

The web-based app can be found at :

https://report.safespaceapp.ca/

If you have a specific project that you have launched with the Safespace Network, your link will look like this :

https://report.safespacenetworks.com/[YOURPROJECT]

When the app loads you will see a screen that provides a very brief and simple message that describes how the Safespace network functions.

This tool is a public facing service, so the main requirements are to be widely available for all web browsers, fast loading, and easy to navigate.  There are minimal buttons to distract from the main purpose which is to share their experience.  This is the most detailed way to collect information for the Safespace Network as it allows for more questions to be asked because of the method of access (ie. web-based).  This is also where the greatest amount of privacy will exist for anyone who chooses to report.

As you scroll down, there is the reporting tool which provides a walk-through experience for the reporting tool with a series of questions which have been carefully crafted to maximize relevant data collection, while maintaining its ease-of-use for the user.

As they progress through the reporting tool, data will be collected once submitted.  Partially completed reports will also be avilable in case the user drops off in the process.  Reporting can be a highly emotional experience, so we want to balance the request for information while being sensitive to the user emotion as they share their experience.

Once the users has completed the report and pressed submit, the report will be relayed to the Safespace Network for a review and removal of personal information, gramatical errors, and translation if necessary.

And that's it! The tool is simple to use, and easily accessible for you to share it with your patients and providers.
