Welcome to Safespace! The Safespace Network is a shared resource for healthcare collectives to pull knowledge, experience, and data to benefit leadership in responding proactively to complaints, reports of harm, or simple feedback. The reports are processed, categorized into themes, and validated before returning back through your sponsor organization for distribution to help you see what are the trending issues your network is experincing.
Over time, this will act as a continuous, trustless source of feedback that you can use to guide your decision making and prevent major issues from escalating throughout your orgnization.
Before we begin, once you have completed the onboarding training and have your board approval, you are ready to expand your services to include the Safespace Network!
There are 3 main parts to the Safespace Network resource:
- The reporting web app
- The 24/7 reporting line
- The Safespace email
Each one of these tools will provide the intake services, processing, and analayis for validation with your orginazation.
